William Nowell, President, ServiceTRAC, LLC.
William Nowell is acting President, CEO and founder of ServiceTRAC, LLC., a Scottsdale, Arizona based training, research and consulting firm. ServiceTRAC provides training, research marketing and development consulting services to the senior housing and health care industries.
Mr. Nowell possesses Marketing and Business Sales Degree as well as a health care and real estate license. Mr. Nowell has operated in an executive capacity in the health care and retirement industries for over 15 years. His experience includes Executive Director, Regional Operations Manager, and National Sales and Marketing Director.
Mr. Nowell is an active member of NASLI, AAHSA, ALFA, the National Multi Housing Council, the National Speaker's Association, and the National Homebuilders Association. In addition, Mr. Nowell has authored articles for Assisted Living Today, Housing Executive Report, National Sales and Marketing Management, Speaker Magazine, Long-term Care Magazine, Quirks Research and Arizona Society of Quality Management. Mr. Nowell's company recently performed a study on senior housing satisfaction for the American Senior Housing Association and Assisted Living Federation of America. He co-authored The 1999 ALFA National Assisted Living Resident Satisfaction Study, which has been nationally recognized as the largest study of its kind measuring consumer satisfaction in Senior Housing. Recently Mr. Nowell co-authored a research paper on sales performance measures for the 2001 Johns Hopkins Journal.
Mr. Nowell speaks and trains on a wide range of topics across the country for private companies. William Nowell designed an intensive three-day sales skill and customer service training, which teaches employees to build intimacy, trust and loyalty with every customer. Mr. Nowell is dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors and those who serve and sell to them. As a faculty member of the Assisted Living Institute, he authored the ValueMatch™ customer service and sales training systems. Mr. Nowell also developed a multimedia CD-ROM customer service training tool called "Senior Friendly".
