With over ten years of experience, Michael possesses a unique skill set in organizational change management with extensive experience in the hospitality, campaign management, non-profit and marketing industries. Some of Michael’s areas of expertise include patient engagement, stakeholder satisfaction strategies, research and surveys.

Mike McLaen

Mike McLaen, ServiceTrac’s Research Manager, joined ServiceTrac in 2013. Mike is responsible for all phases of client satisfaction research, including questionnaire development, sampling, data collection, analysis and reporting. He is a native New Yorker and a distinguished graduate of Lafayette College, Fordham University, and the US Army Field Artillery School.
