Professional sales audits by ServiceTRAC are a great way to gain an in-depth understanding of your company’s strengths and weaknesses. Sales audits are especially important for preparation for ServiceTRAC’s involvement with your company on a Sales management basis. We will analyze your sales and marketing systems and make suggestions on how they can be modified to improve sales and move-ins in the short term. The information gleaned from the audit is very helpful in deciding where the initial efforts should be focused.
As part of the audit process, a ServiceTRAC representative will visit with key members of your staff including the Executive Director and sales team. The visit is guided by an agenda, which includes looking closely at these areas and issues:
- Sales System
- Lead Database Management
- Time management
- Results
The on-site visit will include a tour of the community and interviews with selected staff. During the visit, we will also review your marketing and training materials. We will work with you to identify the individuals that need to be interviewed, and to assist the staff with planning. We will advise them that the typical interview requires slightly more than a half hour of their time.
Following our visit, we will prepare a short report documenting our findings, observations, and recommendations. These recommendations may address positioning; sales plan modifications, training/workshops, or the need for further sales assistance.
