- Step 1: We set up your email survey, and you decide when and how often you want the surveys sent out.
- Step 2: Your intended audience gets an email invitation to take the survey. When completed, they click the submit button, and the data is stored in the database.
- Step 3: Surveys are immediately analyzed and real-time online reports are generated.
ServiceTrac Online Report Types
Individual Distribution - Returns a report with the distribution of answers for each survey question. If multiple selections are made in the target list, then only the FIRST selection is used. View Sample.

Overall Distribution - Returns a report with the distribution of answers for each survey question for all of the selections.
Compare Distributions - Returns a report with the distribution of answers for each survey question for each of the selections. Grouped by question.
Compare Averages - Returns a report with the average answer for each selection in a side-by-side columnar format. Up to 12 selections can be made.
Verbatims - Returns a report showing each verbatim question answer grouped by selection and question. The Send EMail link brings up an email message to be sent to the respondent who answered that verbatim question.
Survey Snapshots - The survey answers for each respondent grouped by selection.
