*The following samples are taken from actual mystery shops performed specifically for assisted living and active adult communities. The individuals being shopped were not informed of the mystery shop until after the recording and all shoppers were pre-selected from our highly qualified national group of mystery shoppers specially trained for assisted living and active adult mystery shopping.
